Saag Paneer
Ingredients:
Paneer 1 cup
Palak (Spinach) 1 cup
Methi 1 cup
Garam Masala 1 TSP
Coriander powder I tsp
Onions finely chopped 1
Tomato finely chopped 1
Cumin seeds
Cloves 3
Cinnamon 2
Ginger Garlic paste 1/2 TSP
Kasuri Methi
Butter 1 TSP
Salt to taste
Bay leaves
Procedure:
Ingredients:

Procedure:
- Finely Chop the greens and steam them till they become soft.
- Coarsely grind them in a blender without adding water
- Chop the cheese into small cubes and fry them in oil. Drain them on a tissue to remove any excess oil
- Heat the butter in a skillet. Add the cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves and cumin seeds. When they crack add the onions and saute well till they turn pink.
- Then add the ginger garlic paste.Saute them well till the raw smell fades,
- Now add the tomatoes and cook them well
- Add the blended greens, salt and dry powders . Mix well
- When it comes to a boil, add in the cheese cubes, Mix well.
- Switch off heating and sprinkle kasuri methi
- Goes well with Naan, Roti
