Choco - gluten free Brownie
Ingredients:
Wheat flour - 3/4 th Cup Replacement for Maida
Corn starch - 3/4 th Cup
Cocoa - 1/4 cup
semi sweet choco chips - 1 cup
Eggs - 3
magarine - 1 stick
sugar substitute - 1/2 cup
Baking powder - 1 1/2 TSP
Vanilla esscence - 1 TSP
Walnuts - 1/2 Cup
Procedure
Ingredients:

Walnuts - 1/2 Cup
Procedure
- Seive the Corn starch, Wheat flour and Baking powder and keep them aside
- In a bowl add the eggs (Yolk and whites) and whisk them adding suagr/sugar substitute in small portions till the mix froths.
- In a double boiler ( Heat water in a wide pan and place another bowl over it) add the semi sweet chips and the margarine and melt them.
- Now combine the egg mix and melted choco and whisk them together.
- Now add in the dry ingredients and mix well
- Pre - heat oven to 180 deg C or 350 Deg F
- Grease a cake pan and pour in the mix. Bake for 30 mins or till the skewer comes out lcean from the cake.
- Leave the cake to cool completely before icing
