Its a pure blend of a lot of patience and some imagination to get things done in a right way.

Cooking to me was innovation in a tough way. I guess experiments with a lot of permutations and combinations is the best way to master it.


sweets - Choco Brownie


Choco - gluten free Brownie

Ingredients:

Wheat flour - 3/4 th Cup Replacement for Maida
Corn starch - 3/4 th Cup
Cocoa - 1/4 cup
semi sweet choco chips - 1 cup
Eggs - 3
magarine - 1 stick
sugar substitute - 1/2 cup
Baking powder - 1 1/2 TSP
Vanilla esscence - 1 TSP
Walnuts - 1/2 Cup

Procedure



  • Seive the Corn starch, Wheat flour and Baking powder and keep them aside

  • In a bowl add the eggs (Yolk and whites) and whisk them adding suagr/sugar substitute in small portions till the mix froths.

  • In a double boiler ( Heat water in a wide pan and place another bowl over it) add the semi sweet chips and the margarine and melt them.

  • Now combine the egg mix and melted choco and whisk them together.

  • Now add in the dry ingredients and mix well

  • Pre - heat oven to 180 deg C or 350 Deg F

  • Grease a cake pan and pour in the mix. Bake for 30 mins or till the skewer comes out lcean from the cake.

  • Leave the cake to cool completely before icing
