Cooking to me was innovation in a tough way. I guess experiments with a lot of permutations and combinations is the best way to master it.


Appetiser - Bhindi Bhojpuri


Bhindi Bhojpuri

Ingredients:

Okra - Washed and slit lenghtwise
Chilli powder - 1/2 TSP
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 TSP
Cumin seeds to taste
Basin - 1 TBSP
Corn Starch - 1 TBSP
Rice Flour - 1/2 TBSP
Salt to taste
Aamla powder - a pinch
Oil

Procedure:

Mix all of the above ingredients with a little oil.
Coat all the slit Okras with teh above masala and deep fry them in oil.
Serve hot.
