Chilli Gobi Dry
Ingredients:
Cauliflower Florets 1 CupAll purpose Flour/Gram flour 2 TBSP
Corn Flour 1 TBSP
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 TBSP
Garam masala 1/2 TBSP
Tandoori Masala 1/2 TBSP (Optional)
Red Chilli powder 1 TBSP
Salt to taste
For Garnishing:
Cilantro
Spring Onions
Lemon
PROCEDURE :
Cut the Cauliflower into small florets with each floret having a stalk to dip and fry.
Soak them in hot water adding a little salt for 10 mins.
Now mix all of the above ingredients to a smooth batter which is thick in consistancy enough to coat the florets.
Heat enough oil in a skillet just enough to immerse the coated florets for frying.
Dip the florets in the masala paste and deep fry them on a medium flame till they turn golden brown.
Arrange them on a serving platter and garnish with Cilantro and Spring onions. Squeeze in some lemon if desired.
