Paneer Frankie
Ingredients:
All purpose Flour 1 Cup
Whole wheat flour 1/2 Cup
Paneer
Red Chilli powder
Turmeric Powder
Onions
Tomatoes/Sauce
Coriander Powder
Cumin powder
Salt to taste
Cilantro
Lemon
Procedure
Cumble the Paneer in a blender and keep aside.
Cut the onions and tomatoes into fine pieces. Heat Oil in a skillet and fry the onions till they start melting. Add all the Masala powders, Some salt and saute for 5 mins. Then add in the Tomatoes and saute till the tomtoes
blend. Then add the bell peppers and cumbled paneer and mix well.
Once oil leaves, switch off heating, Sprinkle Cilantro and pour in some lemon juice.
For the Dough:
Mix the All purpose flor and atta to make a soft dough adding some salt, oil and water as binders.
Keep aside for 20 mins. Later roll them out into thin sheets and spread some oil on its surface and fold them from their outer edges inwards forming a fan shaped dough.Let it rest for another 15 mins.
Now roll them out into thin Sheets and heat them on a tava just like rotis. Once cooked on both sides fill in the top portion of the tortillas with the paneer mix and fold inwards. Use a toothpick to seal the mouth of the tortilla.
Serve with any dip or tomato sauce.
